Sweet Potatoes with Pineapple
1
1/2 Cups cooked sweet potatoes sliced
1 can sliced pineapple
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
Place half of cooked sweet potatoes in lightly
buttered baking dish: sprinkle half of sugar and salt over potatoes
and dot with butter/margarine. Add remaining half of sweet potatoes
and sprinkle with remaining sugar and salt. Place pineapple on
top of sweet potatoes and bake covered 375 degrees (F) for 30
minutes. Uncover and bake until browned.
